Growing up in a family of gymnasts and skiers, my earliest memory of bodywork, was walking up and down my uncles backs around age 4! In 2010 I graduated from the Canterbury College of Natural Medicine, with a diploma in Massage Therapy. Continuing my studies in Advanced Sports Massage, Dry Needling, Yoga Teacher Training (Vinyasa) and Health Coaching through Integrative Nutrition. I love my job and love seeing results, from stress management, injury rehabilitation, to holistic wellbeing.
